Founder, Transformational Life Coach & Therapist
“Here’s a little bit about my journey.
I have been learning about traditional (alternative) and natural therapies since my mid-teens driven by a diagnosis of a chronic health condition (ulcerative colitis). This coupled with a career in professional skills development that started in my early 20s I have grown a huge interest in the power and connection of the mind, body and spirit.
In the last 20 years I have self taught and gained formal training in various practices, techniques and therapies. These include coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy, PSYCH-K®, Reiki Tummo, Indian healing practices (through my upbringing) and massage (various techniques – relaxation, remedial, deep tissue, lymph drainage). I continue to actively read and learn about other practices so that I can add breadth to my work, these include Ayurvedic treatment, acupressure, shiatsu, meditation and so on.
Of course to learn, the best way is to do. As such I incorporate as much of the above into my own lifestyle to maintain my own health and wellness.
As a Life Coach & Therapist, I work with clients to help them identify their own needs and goals, then identify the best method to assist in them achieving them/getting there. Methods may include a mixture of the above mentioned practices, techniques and therapies, my ultimate goal for you is to get you to mental, physical and energetical alignment. My firm belief is that when your whole being is in alignment you will be a happier and healthier you and be in a position to create more happiness.
My gratitude and appreciation of your time in finding out about me. I look forward to working with you soon.”
